Toasted Garlic Crostini’s surrounded by a variety of toppings including Romano Cheese, Artichoke Spread, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Olive Tapenade, Roasted Red Peppers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Grilled Portabella mushrooms.
• Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms
Silver Dollar Mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and seasonings, topped with bread crumbs and baked until golden brown.

• Northern-Linguine Pasta
Topped with a choice of Chicken Romano or a Vegetable Medley.
• Southern-Penne Pasta
Topped with a choice of Meat Sauce or Italian Sausage with green peppers and onions.

Served with a Caesar salad, Garlic Bread, Alfredo sauce,  and  Marinara sauce. (Minimum of 50 people)

• Cocktail Shrimp
Fresh Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, steamed in-house, peeled and deveined.

Served with lemons & cocktail sauce.

• Open Kettle Fried Chicken, Honey Ham, and a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

• Backfin Crab Balls
Fresh Lump Crab meat, hand-rolled into 3/4 ounce succulent crab balls.

• Prime Rib with au jus, a caper white horseradish sauce and assortedinner rolls

Substitute:Tenderloin Filet add $3 per person
